Assess

STEP 1
We start by getting to know each client extensively. Our primary goal is to gain clarity about your strengths and goals related to diversity and inclusion. By employing a variety of assessment tools such as surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews, we are able to develop a clear understanding of your current state as well as your desired goals.

Strategize

STEP 2
Building upon the assessment phase, we partner with the client to formulate strategies and corresponding tactics that will lead to organizational transformation. Our strategies are tailored to leverage the client’s strengths in order to achieve long-term change.

Plan

STEP 3
We operationalize the strategies developed in Phase 2 and develop corresponding action items and tactics. A final strategic plan document will be developed that will serve as your comprehensive roadmap for achieving your DEI goals. We provide metrics and accountability measures to track progress and success of goals.
